Yoga is similar to TCM in that movement of vital energy is at the heart of the practice. The energy is called Prana instead of Qi and it moves through channels called nadis. Conscious breathing directs Prana where the mind is focusing.
Asanas, the physical shapes we engage in, help us access certain areas to bring the flow of Prana into balance. When in balance, we experience freedom in the body, equanimity of mind & emotions, and a deeper understanding of ourselves.
Brandy Falcon, has over 20 years of experience teaching public and private yoga classes on the San Francisco Peninsula. She pulls from Iyengar, Ashtanga, Viniyoga, and Yin styles to teach classes that are appropriate and insightful.

Private Yoga Instruction
The private yoga classes that we offer at Falcon Healing Arts are wonderful for people who:
- Are working with an injury or condition that limits their participation in group classes
- Would like help developing a home practice
- Need greater explanation on how to perform certain asanas, breathing practices, or meditation
- Simply appreciate 1 on 1 guidance

Lunar Yoga Classes
Full & New Moon 4:00-5:30pm
Online Zoom Classes
Create inner harmony while also fostering a connection to nature, the seasons, and the cycles of the Moon in our Lunar Yoga sessions.
We’ll meet twice a month – on the Full and New Moons with different themes and intentions.
Each session will include a Yoga asana practice (Slow flow on Full Moon, Yin on the New Moon), guided meditations, and may also include sound healing, journaling, and group sharing.
$25 for individual classes

In this class we’ll use yoga, meditation, and ritual to let go of your dependency on outside information and experiences. Practicing online together during this beautiful full moon, we’ll create a grounded, supportive space that will help each individual realize their potential to live a joyful life by design.
