Cancellations

For MamaMage Medicinals and other physical products we sell here on FalconHealingArts.com, make sure you email brandy@falconhealingarts.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.  Orders are shipped quickly, so you must notify us before the item is in transit, otherwise it cannot be cancelled.

All returns must be unopened and in it’s original packaging within 2 weeks from ordering.

Returns

Contact us within 14 days by emailing brandy@falconhealingarts.com if you need to return on unopened item.  Please include your name, address, order number, and your reason for wanting to return it.  We will reach out to you with further instructions.  Shipping for returns are at your own expense and items must be shipped back in the same packaging or something similar where the items are safe (no envelopes, please).
