Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is another way to fully relax into your deeper, spiritual nature. Unlike yin & yang yoga when we want a lot of stimulation to anchor us in the moment, comfort & spaciousness is the priority of this restorative yoga practice.

You’ll need:

  • a bolster or 3 blankets folded in thirds (same height as a bolster)
  • blankets for further support and to keep you warm
  • eye mask/pillow (optional)
  • wall space

As always, it’s a good idea to have your journal near by to write about your experience if something profound happens.

Yoga Nidra

Listen to this meditation when you have time to fully connect with yourself and your spiritual nature. Please do not listen to this in the car or when doing something that requires more attention. It is meant to help you move very deeply in your meditation, so it’s possible you may fall asleep. In fact, many people enjoy listening to this right before bed.
