In this special 2 hour yoga workshop, we’ll experience the powerful integration of Yoga and essential oils!
Our mindful yoga practice will focus on balancing yoga postures and slow vinyasa flow. This approach will increase circulation and healing on all levels. In between movements, we’ll experience an array of essential oils that lower stress, boost the immune system, decrease inflammation, and bring the body back into balance.
