Healthy Hips Yoga Series

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until October 15, 2019
In this 5-week Yoga series, we’ll work to encourage freedom in the hips while addressing the emotional root issues of pain & stiffness. You’re welcome to get some coffee or tea at the Village Hub cafe afterwards and get to know the lovely community we’re building!
