Graceful Autumn Transition

Transitioning from Summer to Autumn is often difficult for people in our fast-paced culture since it requires slowing down. And we want to make sure we’re completely aligned with the energy of the season in order to stay healthy on all levels!
In this 4-week online yoga series, we’ll use Yin & Yang Yoga postures with a focus on the supportive Earth element to make this transition for you as graceful as possible. You’ll learn more about the details of this energetic shift from Traditional Chinese wisdom as we move mindfully throughout the weeks.
All levels of experience are welcome!
