Full Moon Yoga and Meditation for Personal Power January 28

Create inner harmony while also fostering a connection to nature, the seasons, and the cycles of the Moon in our Lunar Yoga sessions. We’ll meet twice a month – on the Full and New Moons with different themes and intentions. Each session will include a Yoga asana practice (Slow flow on Full Moon, Yin on the New Moon), guided meditations, and may also include sound healing, journaling, and group sharing.

Want to take control of your life and manifest your heart’s desire? The key to doing so is to develop and wield your personal power.
In this class we’ll use yoga, meditation, and ritual to let go of your dependency on outside information and experiences. We’ll tap into your physical and energetic power center where you’ll meet your inner strength, confidence, and will. Practicing online together during this beautiful full moon, we’ll create a grounded, supportive space that will help each individual realize their potential to live a joyful life by design.
