When we are balanced, we are able to meet life as it is – even the stressful, dreadful, or uncomfortable experiences – without disconnecting from ourselves & others, or falling apart.
In this 4-week Yoga series, we’ll be striking a balance with our approach to our practice to help us relate to ourselves and others better. And we’ll be doing this by also focusing on physical balancing shapes that test our ability to stay calm and cool in the midst of change.
All levels of experience are welcome!
